60-Day Return Guarantee. Try your EZ Body device for 60 days. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll guide you through a straightforward return process. We sell exclusively through theezbody.com — if you purchased from another site, please be aware it may not be an authorised seller.

How to Start a Return

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Email us at support@theezbody.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything before hearing from us.

Our team will respond within 24 hours with your return shipping address and instructions.

Ship your item back using a tracked shipping method. A tracking number is required to process your refund.
Important: Returns sent to any address without prior approval from our team will not be accepted and cannot be refunded. The return address will be provided by our support team on a per-case basis.

Return Fees & Costs

We want to be fully transparent about the costs involved in a return:

Item Cost
Return shipping Customer's responsibility — not refunded
Restocking fee (opened/tried items) $10.00 USD
Original shipping cost Non-refundable

If your item has been tried or opened but is otherwise in good condition with all parts included, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items that are unused and in original sealed condition are not subject to this fee.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order will have been processed and dispatched into our fulfilment system and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, email support@theezbody.com as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

When emailing, please use the following format:

  • Subject line: Damaged / Defective Item
  • Order number
  • Full name and email used at checkout
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo or video of the damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Replacement gel pads or consumable accessories (hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing visible damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return your current one and place a new order once the return is approved. Contact us at support@theezbody.com and we'll help coordinate the process.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. Standard return conditions apply — item must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Delivery issues caused by customer error: We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, uncollected parcels, or unpaid customs duties. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We will do our best to assist, but refunds cannot be guaranteed in these cases.
